Payment Methods

Credit card – Online Payment

You can pay for your registration fee by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX). Payment by credit card is necessary for registrations submitted online.

Personal checks are not accepted.

For your information, please bear in mind that the registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Registration will be confirmed automatically via e-mail.
Delegates will receive their invoice by e-mail after the end of the congress.


On-site payment by credit card or cash will be available.

Cancellation Policy

Submit your cancellation in writing to the secretariat via e-mail. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Your cancellation/refund request should include your name, registration confirmation number and the reason for the refund. All refund requests are subject to approval by the board of trustees. All approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days after the approval. Registration cancellations and registration fee refunds will not be processed on-site during the congress. Registration fees will be refunded to the person who paid the fees, by the same method of payment (i.e. credit card, bank transfer, etc.). In the case of a credit card payment, only the same credit card can be used for the refund.

A 100% refund, minus a € 50.00 administrative fee, will be issued only with a “written cancellation request” received on or before 15.9.2022.
A 50% refund, minus a € 50.00 administrative fee, will be issued only with a “written cancellation request” received on or before 01.10.2022.
No refunds after 02.10.2022.
No refunds for virtual attendance.
In case of change in the attendance form, any difference in fees will be added or subtracted respectively.
